Church & Family Life (formerly The National Centre for Family Integrated Churches - NCFIC) is based in North Carolina, USA. The ministry has been operating since 2001 and is overseen by local church pastor, Scott Brown with the assistance of a small staff and the Church & Family board. Kris Baines (CBC pastor/elder) serves as regional facilitator for Church & Family - Australia & NZ and says, "I cannot describe how helpful, supportive and encouraging the ministry of Church & Family Life has been to me personally in my role as a pastor over many years. So much of the vision, direction, and practical outworking of my pastoral ministry has been influenced and shaped by the work of Church & Family Life". CHURCH & FAMILY LIFE: PURPOSE |

Church & Family Life exists to encourage churches and their leaders by providing various resources, conferences and assistance in all matters of church and family life. This is predominantly across the USA, but now is available in other parts of the world such as the United Kingdom, Africa, Australia & New Zealand. One of the predominant characteristics of churches on the Church & Family Life network, is that they are age-integrated (rather than segregated into age-specific groups). Church & Family Life does not believe that family-integration is the only—or even the primary—issue in selecting or establishing a local church, but the hard evidence of so many youth falling away from the faith, drives Church & Family Life to promote a pattern of church life that engages children and teenagers in corporate worship, right from the beginning.
