WHAT TO BRING
Yourselves :-) And also your Bible, a notebook/pen (although booklets for taking notes will be provided), some books and quiet activities/colouring for younger children (please no noisy toys, or electronic devices - we will provide numerous colouring/activity sheets also), your own lunch (unless buying locally), and cash if you wish to purchase resources.
SERVING AT THE CONFERENCE:
If you/your family are available to serve in some way at the conference, please contact us. There will be opportunities for ushering, general assistance, serving morning/afternoon tea, setting up ladies afternoon tea.

There will be a selection of resources for sale at the conference in between sessions (books, DVD's etc.). Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or credit card if registered with Pay Pal. Due to space restrictions we cannot open this conference to other Vendors.
CRECHE/FACILITIES:
All sessions will be age-integrated, but we understand there may be times you need to take your children into another area to avoid distraction. There will be an optional creche/children's room available for nursing mothers, or for parents to take children for a break if required. This room will be unsupervised and parents will need to be monitoring their children at all times.
KITCHEN FACILITIES:
There will be limited kitchen facilities available if you bring your own lunch and require these. Please contact us if you require more details.
